Vince Desi On Independance
What does Independence mean?
First and absolutely most important, on behalf of RWS and all our fans I want to call out a BIG THANK YOU to all OUR TROOPS, all around the world, past and present, for fighting to protect our Indepencence.
For me, Independence means responsibility. To be true to oneself and also to be respectful of others. To express yourself creatively, to make what you want. To live with confidence; to be who you are. To be yourself, always, to live in truth.
The mere fact that I get to sit here and express myself, openly and honestly, is a great example of freedom which I enjoy and treasure. It's my own independent choice to do what I do, to work with others who share the same dream and goal to do whatever it is we want, to make games that we love, and others hate, to design features that we adore and others can’t stand, to decide for ourselves what will be in our games and how we will market them.
I’ve always believed that RWS is a club, a group of people who come together to be part of something strangely different and all so comfortably normal. I congratulate everyone who has been a part of RWS, our families, friends, and our fans. TEN Years of doing our thing, that's priceless, that’s truly being independent.
Independent and Free
Vince Desi, RWS
"Postal 2 has catsilencers, Krotchy dolls, gasoline fun, urinating to extinguish burning people, Al-Qaeda, zombies, the apocalypse and great cynical humor.
I don't know how RWS is going to top that with Postal 3, but no matter how it turns out, I will definitely buy it!"
